Praga Tools Limited

We’re located at 168 in the DDA Office Complex, which is right across from the Videocon Tower in Jhandewalan Extension. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Delhi. The building is one of those typical government-style complexes with a lot of stairs and corridors that all look the same. Praga Tools Limited has been tucked away in this unit for a while. It’s not a massive factory or anything, just our administrative office where we handle all the paperwork and coordination. There’s always someone coming or going because of the other offices nearby. Outside, the tea stalls are always busy, and there’s a lot of activity near the Videocon Tower. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks, cabinets full of old files, and the sound of the ceiling fans. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup. We deal with tools and machinery parts, so things can get a bit greasy or messy sometimes if we’re checking samples. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a fancy lounge for visitors; usually, we just pull up a spare chair if someone stops by to talk business. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the shortcuts through the complex. We just get through the daily list of things to do, talk to our clients, and try to keep everything running without too much trouble. It’s a steady pace, and that’s how we like it. We close up when the sun goes down.
