Our place is located in Shakti Nagar, specifically in Rana Pratap Bagh at B-1/7. It is a decent-sized space but it always feels full because of all the stuff we have coming and going. We do a lot of packing and sorting here. Some days the floor is just covered in bubble wrap and brown tape. It’s not the most organized looking place from the outside, but we have a system that works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure we didn't miss anything in an order. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always the sound of scooters and people talking outside the window. We have a small desk where we handle the paperwork, but mostly we are on our feet in the back area. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We get a lot of local people stopping by to ask questions about what we do. We just explain it simply and get back to the work. It’s a lot of routine, checking the stock and loading the small tempo that comes by in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in this part of Delhi. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
