Convergys, Gurgaon.

Our place is over at 16, Type II, in the Delhi Jal Board Quarters. It’s right there in Civil Lines, tucked away behind the Vidhan Sabha. People sometimes get a bit turned around looking for us because of how the quarters are laid out, but once you find the right gate, it’s easy. Convergys, Gurgaon, is what we’re called, even though this specific spot is right in the heart of Delhi-110054. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential with all the government housing around. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit. It’s not a shiny glass tower or anything like that. It’s just a practical room where we get our work done. The trees around Civil Lines make it a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. We spend most of our time on the phones or handling paperwork. There’s no big sign out front or anything. Just a regular door in a regular building. We’ve got a small routine going every day. You might see us grabbing tea nearby or walking over from the metro. It’s a decent place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the main city roads. We don’t really have much to say about ourselves other than we are here and we stay busy. It works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay sorted without all the extra fuss that usually comes with big corporate offices.
