We are located at 10337 in Manak Pura, which is part of the Karol Bagh area in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how busy and crowded Karol Bagh can get. Our daily routine is a mix of sitting at the computer and handling dispatch duties. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out, and there’s always a list that needs updating on the screen. The office is in an older building and the space is a bit tight with all the stacks of paper and packages. We spend a good chunk of our time making sure the addresses are correct and that everything is ready for the delivery guys when they arrive. It’s not a fancy job with a lot of perks. It’s just about staying on top of the schedule and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. We’ve been here for a long time and we’re used to the noise of the street outside. We don’t have any big mission statements or marketing plans. We just come in, do the typing, check the parcels, and go home. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always catch them eventually. It’s a small operation and we like it that way because it’s easier to manage. People know us as the place in Manak Pura where things get sorted and sent out. It’s a practical business and we just take it one day at a time.
