We’ve been over here on Ansari Road in Daryaganj for a bit now. Our setup is right in the basement at 2/37. It’s a busy part of Delhi, as anyone who drives through here knows. Being Panchwati Cold Store & Food Processors Llp means we spend a lot of time managing temperature and making sure things stay fresh before they head out. It gets pretty loud and hectic around the office sometimes because of the traffic outside, but inside the basement, it stays cool and quiet enough to get the work done. People usually find us near the main road. We handle a lot of different food processing tasks throughout the day. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we keep our machines running and the cold rooms at the right setting. Sometimes the power acts up in this area, so we have to stay on top of the generators. My team is mostly local folks who know the neighborhood well. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. We just focus on the crates coming in and the shipments going out. If you walk down into the basement, you’ll see us sorting through things or checking the gauges. It's honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Daryaganj has a lot of history, and we’re just glad to have our small spot in it. It's nothing special, but it's ours.
