You can find us over in Karol Bagh, at the FF Complex on Rani Jhansi Road. We are in unit A 55. Jhandewalan is a very busy spot, especially with the market and all the temples nearby. We work on food products here. It’s a lot of coordinating with kitchens and suppliers. The building is an older complex, so it has its quirks, like the narrow hallways and the way the light hits the front windows in the afternoon. We have a small team that handles everything from the initial recipes to the final packaging. It’s not a sterile corporate office; it feels more like a workshop. There’s usually a smell of spices or something cooking nearby because of all the food businesses in the area. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we produce. It’s important to us that things are done the right way, even if it takes a bit longer. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks to get things sorted. The noise from the street is always there in the background, but you stop noticing it after a while. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good stretch of time. Most of our day is just making sure the deliveries are on time and the kitchen has what it needs. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy.
