Mc Donalds

You can find us at F-1 in the Vinayak Apartments. It's right there at 762-763 in Sant Nagar, Burari. This isn't the actual restaurant where you buy the burgers, but more of the office side of things for this Mc Donalds branch. We deal with the administrative stuff that keeps the place running. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment building, but it works for what we need to do. We handle the local staffing and some of the supply lists from here. Delhi-110084 can be a crowded area, so getting deliveries sorted out takes some effort. There are always stacks of forms and schedules on the main table. We try to stay on top of the daily reports. It’s just a few of us in this small space. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to file. We aren't doing any big marketing stuff here, just the day-to-day grind of managing a food business. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It's a lot of checking inventory and making sure the shifts are covered. We’ve been in this Sant Nagar spot for a bit. It’s just practical work that needs to get done so the food side stays on track.
