We are located at 6/2, W.E.A., on the first floor in Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever walked through the streets here, you know it’s a mix of everything, from shoppers to small businesses like ours. Nanya Airconn Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of it all. Being on the first floor means we hear the sounds of the market all day, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our space is mostly filled with air conditioning parts, tools, and a few desks where we handle the phones. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to find space. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who are dealing with the Delhi heat and need their cooling systems sorted out. We don’t do much fancy advertising; people mostly find us because they’ve worked with us before or their neighbor told them to come by. The guys who go out for installations are always on the move, dodging traffic to get to sites across the city. Back at the office, we keep things simple. We drink a lot of tea, check the schedules, and make sure the inventory is right. It’s not a high-tech corporate setup, just a local business trying to do right by the people who walk through our door or call us up when their AC breaks down.
