P K Auto Engineering Works

Anand Parbat is a busy area for workshops and we fit right in at Gali No 4. P K Auto Engineering Works is located at 52/41-C-9. It’s a place where there is always the sound of metal and machines. We have been working here for many years now. The floor is usually covered in a bit of oil and grease, which is expected in this line of work. We aren't wearing suits or sitting in air-conditioned offices. Our hands are usually dirty by nine in the morning. We work on all sorts of auto parts and engineering jobs that come our way. The street is narrow and sometimes it’s a struggle to get larger parts delivered, but we make it work. We have a few old machines that have been with us since the start, and they still run better than the new ones sometimes. It’s a hardworking environment. We don't have a receptionist; if you walk in, you just talk to whoever isn't holding a wrench at that moment. We just try to get the job done right. We have many regulars who have been bringing their work to us for a decade. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, especially when a big order comes in. We drink our tea standing up and get back to it. It’s just how things are done in this part of town. We are used to the noise and the hard work.
