M.D. Engineering

M.D. Engineering is located at Aa/5 in Gali No. 4F. This is inside the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. If you know the area, it is just off New Rohtak Road. It is a very busy place with lots of noise. You can hear the sounds of machines and hammers all day long. The workshop at Aa/5 is not very big but it fits all our tools. We have been here for a good number of years now. Every morning we open the big metal doors and start the work. Gali No. 4F is one of those narrow streets where trucks have a hard time turning. Sometimes there is a lot of traffic on New Rohtak Road. We just ignore it and focus on the metal parts we are making. The walls of the shop are a bit dirty from all the oil and dust. We don't really mind because it shows we are working hard. There is an old fan in the corner that makes a clicking sound when it turns. We drink tea from the small stall at the end of the street twice a day. The people around here are mostly other workers and shop owners. We know them all by name. Sometimes we help each other out with tools or advice. It is a simple life and we like it that way. No one here wears a suit or tie. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. That is how M.D. Engineering has always been.
