Our office is located at 78/3 Janpath, right on the second floor. Being on Janpath means we are in the middle of everything in New Delhi. It’s a historic street and it’s always full of tourists and locals. We deal with milk proteins and dairy-related products. It’s more of a specialized field than most people realize. We aren't out there milking cows ourselves, but we handle the technical side of the protein business. The office is a standard city space. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve grown used to the sound of horns and people talking. We have a small team here. Most of our work involves coordinating with factories and making sure the distribution side of things is working right. We don't have any glossy brochures or big mission statements hanging up. We just focus on the protein and the numbers. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. Sometimes we have visitors stop by to talk business, and we usually just sit around the main table and work things out. We’ve been in the dairy industry for a long time, so we know the ups and downs of it. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We just aim to be reliable and do our jobs every day.
