Karnataka Foods

We are tucked away in Phase IV over at house number 2508. It is a quiet spot in DLF City most of the time, though things pick up around lunch. This isn't some big fancy corporate kitchen with hundreds of people running around. It is just Karnataka Foods, run right from here. We spend a lot of time getting the flavors right because that is what matters when you are making this kind of food. The house is old but it works for what we do. Sometimes people get confused finding the house number since the streets in Phase IV can be a bit of a maze if you are new here. We have been in this part of DLF for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It is mostly just about getting the cooking done and making sure everything tastes like it should. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Just the name on the gate and the smell of the food coming from the kitchen area. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. There is always something to chop or stir. Living and working in the same area means we don't have to deal with much of a commute, which is nice. We just wake up, head to the kitchen, and start the day at 2508. It’s a simple operation, but we put in the hours to get everything ready for our customers.
