Joy D-Zign Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of us working out of 1 Motia Khan. It’s not a very fancy place, but it gets the job done for what we do. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with all the engineering stuff that comes our way. Some mornings the traffic around Motia Khan is a bit of a mess, but once you get inside the office, things settle down. We mostly spend our time looking at plans or talking through technical problems that pop up. There’s always some paperwork piling up on someone's desk, and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room besides the computers. We don't really have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a handful of people who know how to handle the work. We’ve seen a lot of projects come and go through these doors. Some are easy and some take a lot more time than we thought they would. That is just how it goes with engineering. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. If you walk by 1 Motia Khan, you might see us coming and going at odd hours, especially when a deadline is close. It’s just how we operate here. Nothing too complicated about it, just a local office doing its thing every day.
