We’ve been here at Plot No.D/51 in Kamla Nagar for a while now. Most people know where we are because we’re right opposite the H. D. F. C. Bank, which makes it pretty easy to find even when the street is crowded. It’s a busy spot during the day. Every morning at Jb Super Foods Pvt. Ltd. starts with the same routine of getting things ready and making sure everything is where it should be for the day's work. The food business is basically just a lot of moving parts that we have to keep an eye on. We spend most of our time dealing with supplies and keeping the place running. It gets a bit loud outside with all the traffic near the bank, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It's just us working through the inventory and keeping up with what needs doing. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to clean or move. We have a small team and we all just pitch in where we can. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a delivery is running late, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a business in this part of town. We just try to keep things moving along. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just our space in Kamla Nagar where we do our work.
