We deal with people one-on-one. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while watching the street, other days the phone won't stop ringing and everyone is in a rush. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge company. We are just Iqbal Associates. The paint on the walls is getting a bit old and peeling in places, but the chairs are comfortable enough for the visitors. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guy who comes around every hour. People come to us because they know where to find us and they trust our faces. We don’t spend money on flyers or big signs. If you need us, you just walk into number 109 and wait your turn. We handle the usual stuff that comes with running a business in a place like this. It’s practical, honest work. We don't have any of those corporate goals or statements here, just showing up every morning and getting to work.
