Working out of Tis Hazari 318 is a bit of an experience because of how crowded it gets around the courts. Fudan Kumar Jha is the name on the door, and it’s mostly just a lot of day-to-day handling of files and meeting people who have things to sort out. The office isn't very big, and sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but it gets the job done. It’s quiet in the early mornings before the rush starts, and that is usually when the real work happens. We don’t really do anything fancy here. It is just about keeping track of the details and making sure nobody misses a deadline. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of the afternoon when things get really busy. People stop by, ask questions, and we try to give them a straight answer without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of sitting and typing or talking to folks who are just trying to get their paperwork through the system. Sometimes the stairs get crowded when there is a big hearing going on, and you just have to wait your turn to get up to room 318. It is just regular work for regular people in a very busy part of Delhi.
