We've been at this spot in Shaheen Bagh for a while now. It's F-74/2, right near that State Bank of India ATM everyone uses. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the shutters and seeing who's already waiting or just passing by. Being here in Jamia Nagar means there is always something going on outside. We handle a lot of different things for folks who walk in. Most days it's just about sitting at the desk, going through papers, and making sure everything is in order. It gets busy, especially in the afternoons when the heat is up or the market is full of people. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some chairs, a couple of computers, and a lot of files that need looking at. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we just keep going. It’s a local place. People know where to find us if they need help with their paperwork or just want to ask how a certain process works. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the work gets done correctly. The traffic out on the main road can be a bit much, but once you step inside, it's just us doing what we do every day. No frills, just regular work for the people around here. If you're walking past the ATM, you'll probably see us there in the office.
