Amit Tyagi

Amit Tyagi’s place is right on Tis Hazari Main Road, specifically at L 27. It's a busy spot. Most days, the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been here for some time now, just handling the daily stuff that comes our way. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers that always seem to need sorting. My morning starts with opening the shutters and maybe getting a tea from the stall nearby. Sometimes people drop by just to ask for directions since the main road is so confusing for some. We try to keep things organized, but it's hard when the phone keeps ringing or someone walks in with a last-minute request. It's just me and a couple of others here most of the time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to find the right day to do it. We mostly just focus on getting through the stack of work on the desk. Sometimes it stays late, sometimes we leave early if the power goes out. It’s just how things go around Tis Hazari. Nothing special, just a regular work day. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people can find the door. The fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it's on high speed, which is annoying in the summer but you stop hearing it after ten minutes.
