This Idbi Bank Ltd. branch is right inside Videocon Tower on the first floor. If you know Jhandewalan, you know how hectic the roads get around here. It’s a huge building at E-1, and we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. Working in a bank means there’s a lot of routine. We open the doors, start the systems, and people are usually already waiting. It’s not just about the money, it’s about the paperwork and making sure all the IDs match up exactly. Some mornings the elevators are slow, so most of us just take the stairs since it's only the first floor. The office is usually humming with the sound of printers and people talking over their desks. We handle the usual stuff like accounts and loans, but mostly it's just about helping the person standing in front of the counter get what they need done so they can go back to their day. Jhandewalan is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside. You can hear the traffic even from inside sometimes. We’ve got a mix of regular customers who come in every week and new faces who are just passing through the tower for other business. It’s a lot of staring at screens and filling out forms, but the team here gets along well enough. It feels like a small community inside a very big, tall building. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
