H M Properties

Our office, H M Properties, is located on Street Number 4 in Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh. Specifically, we are at office number 6/6306. Karol Bagh is a very busy part of Delhi, and Street 4 can get quite crowded with people and traffic most afternoons. We’ve been operating from this small space for some time now. It’s a typical local real estate office. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of registers filled with property notes. We focus on the local residential and commercial market here in Dev Nagar. It’s a lot of work keeping up with who is moving where. We don't use any slick marketing or big posters. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us from their friends and family. We just try to give people honest information about the shops and flats around here. Sometimes the paperwork for these old properties can be a real mess, so we spend a lot of time at the local government offices making sure everything is legitimate. It isn't a glamorous job, but it's what we do for a living. We know these streets well and we know the landlords too. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking some tea and talking to a client or a neighbor. It’s a friendly, informal atmosphere. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
