Our office is right in the heart of Karol Bagh at 14A/3 in the WEA area. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how crowded and lively it is. There’s never a dull moment outside our door. We’ve been doing real estate stuff here for a while. It’s not a huge office, just a small space where we sit down with people to talk about properties and rentals. The walls are covered with local maps and some old photos. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing people around different buildings in the neighborhood. Karol Bagh has so many narrow lanes and hidden spots, so you really have to know the area well to get anything done. We don't use any fancy software to track things; we mostly rely on our notebooks and our memory of who is selling what. It gets pretty loud during the festival seasons because of the markets nearby, but we’re used to it. Most of our clients are locals or people looking to move into the area for work. We try to be helpful and just tell people the truth about the places we show them. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when it comes to houses and shops. We just open the office every day, drink some tea, and wait for the next person to walk in with a question. It is a simple way of working that has suited us for years.
