Crown Properties

Crown Properties is located on the ground floor at 8A/37 in the Karol Bagh Wea area. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know it is one of the busiest places you could pick for an office. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in from the street without having to look for an elevator. The room is not very large, but we have made the most of the space we have. There are usually a few newspapers lying around and a couple of phones that seem to ring at the same time. It can get pretty noisy with the market sounds and the traffic right outside the door, but we are used to it by now. We have some heavy curtains to keep the sun out during the afternoon when it gets really bright. Most of our day is spent talking to folks or looking through listings. We don't have any big flashy signs or corporate branding inside; it’s just a place where we sit and work. There is an old wooden desk that has been here since the start and a fridge that makes a weird humming sound. Karol Bagh is a place that never really sleeps, and we have been part of this little patch for quite some time. It is honest work in a busy part of the city. We just stay focused on the day's tasks.
