We operate out of House Number 1257 in Shora Kothi, which is right in the heart of old Delhi. If you’ve ever walked through these streets, you know how crowded and lively they can be. Shora Kothi has a lot of history, and our office is just one of the many buildings packed into the area. We handle estate matters, which mostly means we spend our time talking to people about property and land in this part of the city. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you have to navigate the narrow lanes to get anywhere, but it’s what we do. Our office is simple and functional. We don’t have room for anything extra. Most days, there’s a lot of noise coming from the street outside, with rickshaws and vendors passing by constantly. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the 110007 area like the back of our hands. We don’t bother with big marketing plans or fancy brochures. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them where we were. We just try to be helpful and give straight answers about the properties we manage. It’s a busy life in Delhi, but we’re happy to be part of the local fabric here.
