Global Infocom Ltd Is Dealing In Real Estate

Our office is tucked away at 1887 on Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s always packed and full of life. We do real estate work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live or set up shop. The street can get really noisy with all the shops and rickshaws going by, but we are used to it by now. Global Infocom Ltd is the official name on the papers, but most people just know us as the real estate guys on the 45th block area. We don't have a flashy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space with some maps on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. Dealing with property in Delhi is never boring, there is always some new rule or a bit of paperwork to figure out. We just take things one day at a time and try to be clear about what’s available. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner comes by and we take a break. It's a busy life in Karol Bagh but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We know the local lanes pretty well, which helps when someone is looking for a specific spot that is hard to find on a map. We have been in this street for years and seen many neighbors come and go.
