Grabner International

We are over at 5/30 in West Patel Nagar. Grabner International is a name we’ve used for years, and we’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it feels right. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day operations of an international business. We deal with a lot of paperwork, shipping documents, and phone calls to people in different time zones. It can be a bit chaotic at times, especially when a shipment is stuck somewhere or a client needs an answer quickly. West Patel Nagar is a lively place, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team where everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking inventory. We don't use much fancy language or try to impress anyone with big titles. We just focus on getting the job done and keeping our clients happy. Sometimes the office gets crowded with samples or files, but we know where everything is. The tea we drink while working is usually stronger than it should be, but it helps when we're coordinating with people half a world away. We’ve been around the block a few times and we know how things work in this industry. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
