Our office is tucked away in the Dda Office Complex at 123-A, over in Phase-1 of Jhandewalan Extn. It’s a bit of a maze in this building, and people often get lost trying to find us the first time. Galore Packaging has been here for a while, and the rooms are filled with samples of boxes, plastic wraps, and rolls of tape. It’s not a very pretty sight, just shelves and shelves of cardboard. The elevators in the complex are often slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We handle a lot of phone calls from people asking about sizes and prices for their shipping needs. Sometimes we have to tell them we can’t do a specific custom job if it’s too small. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep track of the inventory and the orders coming in. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, and we keep forgetting to change the bulb. We aren't some high-tech firm with glass walls. We just have old wooden desks and a lot of calculators. Jhandewalan is always crowded, and finding parking near the complex is a nightmare every morning. We just focus on getting the packaging supplies out to the customers who need them. It’s a simple operation, nothing too complicated, just a lot of logistics and counting boxes until it's time to head home for the evening.
