Gajra Sarees

We are over here at Shop No 5206 on Chandrawal Kolhapur Road. It is quite a busy spot in Kamla Nagar, so things get pretty loud outside with all the rickshaws and people walking by. I have been running Gajra Sarees for a good while now. The shop is not huge, but we pack it full of whatever we can find. Most days it is just us folding fabric and putting things back on shelves after customers leave. It gets messy sometimes. We keep a few stools out front for people to sit when they are tired of walking the market. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough. People usually come in looking for something specific for a family thing, or they just want to browse around. We do not do much fancy talk here. If you know the area, you know how hard parking can be around Kamla Nagar, so most of our folks just walk over. I usually open up around mid-morning after I get my tea. It is a simple life running a shop on this road. We have seen shops come and go, but we stay put at 5206. There is always someone coming in to ask for directions or just to see what is new on the racks. It is mostly just about keeping the shelves stocked and making sure the lights stay on.
