Frick India Ltd is over at 809, Suryakiran building on 19 K G Marg. If you know Delhi, you know this area is full of high-rises and lots of offices. We are up on the eighth floor. It is a bit of an older building but it has a lot of character. We spend our days dealing with large-scale industrial refrigeration. It is not the kind of stuff you see in a house; it is for big plants and factories. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and technical manuals. We have a lot of history in this industry, and many of the staff have been here for decades. We do not go in for all those modern office trends like bean bags or open floor plans. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about compressors and cooling towers. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy street below. K G Marg is always crowded, so getting here can take a bit of time in the morning commute. We just focus on getting the engineering right for our clients. We aren't really into flashy sales pitches or making big claims. Most people who work with us already know what we do and how we operate. It is a very steady, professional environment but without all the corporate fluff you find in newer companies. We just do the job and make sure the cooling systems stay cold.
