Freeze Controls (India)

We are located in Daryaganj, on Dakhini Rai Street. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s crowded and full of history. Our building is number 1669/6. It’s not the easiest place to drive a big truck into, but we’ve made it work for a long time. We deal with cooling controls and refrigeration parts mostly. The shop is often full of boxes and old ledgers. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a place where work gets done. Most of the people working here have been living in the city their whole lives. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guys. It gets hot in the summers, which is when we’re usually the busiest. People come in looking for specific parts or just to ask how to fix a cooling issue. We try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the street traffic, but that’s just Daryaganj for you. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture; we’d rather keep the tools in good shape. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we’ve grown a bit over the years. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. It’s a simple life here at Freeze Controls. We just focus on the hardware and the customers who walk through the door. It’s a bit cramped, but we are used to it and it works for us every single day.
