D.S. Carpets

D.S. Carpets is located at No. 13 right by the Dr. Ambedkar Stadium. Being so close to Delhi Gate means there is always something going on outside our door. The shop is tucked into the stadium area. It is a bit of an old building if I am honest. We have carpets stacked up really high and sometimes it is hard to see the actual walls. People come in looking for something specific and we have to dig through the heavy piles to find it. It gets to be a bit of a workout lifting everything, but that is the job. We do not have fancy lights or a big display window like the stores in the mall. It is just a shop. Sometimes the stadium crowds make finding a parking spot a real headache for us. But we like it here. Delhi Gate is a landmark that everyone knows. We have been at No. 13 for quite some time now. The floors are plain concrete and the ceiling is very high. It stays relatively cool inside even when it is baking hot out on the street. We do not spend much money on decorating the place. The carpets do that themselves. If you need to find us, just head toward the stadium. We are right there in the row of shops. We open up every morning and stay until late in the evening. It is a simple setup here.
