M. A. Ramzana is right in the heart of the city at 16-E, Connaught Place. Everyone knows CP is a hectic place with the circular roads and the white buildings. Our office is one of those spots that’s been around for a while. It’s not a brand-new glass tower; it’s one of those older spaces with high ceilings and heavy doors. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily rush that comes with being in such a central location. There is always noise from the street, and people are constantly moving outside. Inside, it’s a bit more focused, but we still have a lot of stuff going on. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We handle our business in a straightforward way. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while looking out at the traffic. Other days are a complete mess of phone calls and paperwork. We’ve got stacks of files and old maps because we’ve been here through many changes in the city. The windows are a bit old and they rattle when the big buses go by. We don't bother much with corporate branding or trying to look like a big multinational. We’re just a local business in CP trying to get our work done and handle our clients. It’s a busy life, but we like being where the action is.
