Our factory is located at 1-212, Sec-1, in the DSIDC area of Bawana. If you’ve ever been to the industrial estate here, you know it’s all about production and getting things loaded onto trucks. The building is a basic industrial unit. Inside, it’s loud because the machines are usually running from early morning until late evening. There is dust and the smell of oil, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us on the floor checking the output or talking to the workers. The office is just a small partitioned space with a couple of fans to keep the heat away. We focus on getting the orders out on time. The roads around here can be a bit of a mess with all the construction and the big lorries, but we’ve gotten used to it. We started out with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as we went along. It’s a tough environment, but there is a lot of satisfaction in seeing the raw materials turn into finished products by the end of the shift. We drink a lot of water and keep the machines greased. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we do here in Bawana every single day without fail.
