Devender Pan Palace

We set up Devender Pan Palace right in the middle of Kamla Nagar. It’s a lively area with lots of students and shoppers always walking past. Our place is pretty basic. We don't have fancy decorations or big lights. It’s mostly just us behind the counter. Most people know where we are because we've been around here for a good amount of time. Working in Kamla Nagar means things are always moving fast. We see all kinds of people every day. Some just want to grab something and go, while others stand around and chat for a few minutes. It can get pretty loud on the weekends when the market is full. We just keep doing our thing. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized. We focus on getting the daily work done. It’s a lot of standing and talking to people. We don't really do any advertising. People just find us while they're out walking. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’re usually there from morning until quite late at night. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we stay open anyway. It’s just a small local business trying to keep up with the pace of the neighborhood. Nothing more to it than that. Just a regular spot in a busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and deal with the crowd. It’s been this way for a long time and we like the routine.
