Up on the 1st floor at 50/8, that’s where we are. Caf? Buddy'S Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we just think of it as our kitchen and workspace. It's a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of equipment for the food we prepare. You can usually smell whatever is being cooked from the stairwell before you even get to our door. We’re not a big factory or anything, just a group of people who enjoy making food that tastes like someone actually cared while making it. The 1st floor location is okay, though carrying heavy crates up the stairs can be a pain on some days. We spend most of our time experimenting with recipes or packing things up for delivery. There’s always a timer going off somewhere and someone asking where the salt went. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you'll probably find us in aprons or hairnets just trying to finish the day's orders. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. We like the neighborhood even if parking is a nightmare. It’s just a simple food business where we try to keep the quality up and the stress down, though that’s easier said than done when the orders start piling up in the afternoon.
