Base Aircon has been operating out of Than Singh Nagar for a long time now. We are located at 2/336-37, right on Military Road where the traffic never really stops. It is a busy spot in Anand Parbat, and the dust from the street usually finds its way inside our office. We have a small team of guys who handle the tools and the heavy lifting. Most days are spent on the phone or out fixing units that have stopped working in the Delhi heat. It gets really hot in the shop during the afternoon, so we just keep the fans going and drink a lot of tea. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we store our machines and parts. Sometimes getting the right parts takes a few days, but that is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished front office. If you walk in, you will probably see me or one of the boys covered in a bit of grease. I have lived around this area for years, so I know most of the neighbors and the shortcuts around Military Road. We just try to get the work done and keep things moving for our customers. It is a simple operation, really. We open up early and stay until the last job is checked off the list.
