B. Sen Barry & Co.

B. Sen Barry & Co. is an old-fashioned firm located on the ground floor at 65/11, New Rohatak Road. The building has a lot of character and has been around for many decades. Inside, the space feels quite traditional with high ceilings and heavy wooden furniture. We have rows of shelves that are packed with old ledger books and files. New Rohatak Road is a major thoroughfare, so the sound of traffic is something we hear all day long. We don't have a modern reception area; instead, visitors just walk in and speak to whoever is at the front desk. It is a very relaxed but busy atmosphere. We spend a lot of time writing things out by hand or using old typewriters for certain tasks. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop by, and we often have clients stopping in for a quick chat. We don't use a lot of technology here, as we prefer the ways we have always done things. It might seem a bit slow to some, but it works for the kind of business we do. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but the large windows and fans help keep the air moving. We aren't interested in being a big, corporate company. We just want to continue serving the people who have been coming to us at this address for years. It is a steady, quiet life on New Rohatak Road.
