Our office for Autin Instruments & Controls (P) Ltd. is over at 2151/10, T-5/1 in New Patel Nagar. We are right opposite the Shadi Pur Depot, so that’s the best landmark to use if you are trying to find us. We handle a lot of technical stuff like control panels and measuring instruments. It’s a small setup, not one of those massive corporate buildings you see in the city center. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep our stock and a small area for the paperwork. The team here is mostly technicians and people who have been in the industry for years. We aren't big on sales pitches or anything like that. We just talk about the specs and the technical details that matter. The area around the depot can get pretty noisy with the buses coming and going, but we don’t mind it much. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and there’s always something happening outside. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a piece of equipment isn't right for what you're doing, we'll tell you. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons usually involve some kind of testing or packing. It’s a steady routine. We don't have a fancy showroom or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. It’s a practical way to run a business without any of the extra fluff you find elsewhere.
