Al Saad Foods

You can find Al Saad Foods over on Asaf Ali Road. It’s a busy part of the city, always lots of cars and people moving around. We’ve been working out of this area for a while now, focusing on the food business. We don't have a massive menu or anything like that. We just try to make things that people want to eat during their lunch break or on the way home. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic, especially during the peak hours when everyone is hungry at once. We handle a lot of ingredients every day, and making sure everything is fresh takes up a lot of our morning. Asaf Ali Road is a tough place to run a business because of the parking and the crowds, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some high-end restaurant with white tablecloths. We are a practical food spot where the focus is on the stove and the prep table. My staff and I spend most of our time making sure the orders go out on time. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we get a bit behind when it’s raining or if someone doesn't show up for work. But we just keep at it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. That’s the whole story of Al Saad Foods.
