Base Architectural Consultants

We are located in the Sana Complex right on Eranhipalam Post Road. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. At Base Architectural Consultants, the office is usually a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We’ve got stacks of folders for different projects and a lot of different pens that everyone keeps borrowing from each other. We do a lot of consulting work, which means plenty of meetings where we just sit around a table and try to figure out the best way to approach a site. We don't have a fancy waiting area or a receptionist who gives you a bottled water when you walk in. You just come in and find us working. Most of our day is spent either at the computer or on site visits checking how the actual building matches the drawings. There’s always a bit of dust on our shoes and a lot of talk about materials and costs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and the plans are accurate. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes the traffic on Post Road gets loud, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to get the designs right.
