Ar Architects

We are Ar Architects, and our office is in the Fathima Building in Pantheerankavu. This part of Kozhikode is where we do all our work. Pantheerankavu has grown a lot lately, but it still has a more relaxed feel compared to the very center of the city. We like being in the Fathima Building. It’s a simple, functional space where we can focus on architecture without too many distractions. Most of our day is spent looking at floor plans or figuring out how to fit everything a person wants into the space they have. We don’t have a big team or a lot of corporate rules. It’s just a small group of us doing what we know how to do. We use simple English and talk to people directly, without any of that fancy industry jargon. If you are in Pantheerankavu, you’ve probably passed by our building. We aren’t hard to find. We don’t make a big fuss about our projects. We just try to be practical and honest about what can be done. Architecture is a lot of hard work and attention to detail, so that’s where we put our energy. We’ve been here for a bit and we plan to stay. It’s a good place to work, and the people around here are friendly. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It's not a flashy life, but it's what we do here in Kozhikode.
