Maa Kali Hardware & Builders

Sumuria is the name of the place where we are, located in Jutpur. It is under the Halbinowpara post office and the Purbastali police station. It is a bit of a long address to write down, but that is exactly where you will find us in the Burdwan district. We deal with hardware and building materials. Since it is a rural area, we see a lot of local people working on their own homes or small farm projects. The yard outside is usually full of stacks of bricks or piles of sand. It can get a bit chaotic when the big trucks arrive to drop things off or pick them up. We don’t have a big fancy office to show off. Just a small space where we sit and keep the books and handle the money. The sun gets really hot out here in the afternoons, so things slow down a bit then. We try to keep things very simple. There are no big promises or marketing talk here, just providing the supplies that people need to build things. We have lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the people who come by. It is a real community thing. You see the same tractors and carts going past the gate every day. We aren't a big corporation from the city. We are just Maa Kali Hardware, doing our bit in the village. It is a busy life but it is ours.
