Royal Tripmaker

Royal Tripmaker is based at Plot No 23 in the Bari Co Operative Colony. If you are familiar with Bokaro Steel City, you know it’s a place built on industry and hard work. Our office reflects that. We don't have any flashy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out travel plans for people. The colony is a bit quieter than the main steel plant areas, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on booking details. I usually start my day by opening up the shutters and letting some air into the room. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or filing paperwork. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to chat or ask about train fares. We’ve grown to know many of the families around here over the years. We don't try to sound like a big travel agency from the city; we are just local folks who happen to know a lot about how to get from one place to another. Sometimes we stay late when someone has a last-minute emergency or a flight gets canceled. It’s all part of the job. We keep our notes in a ledger and try to stay organized as best as we can. It’s a steady, honest living here in Bokaro, and we are just another part of the colony where people come when they need to travel.
