Jai Travels Bokaro, Jharkhand

Our little office is right here at Jb6 in Sector 4 of Bokaro Steel City. It is a simple place, mostly just a couple of desks and some chairs where people can sit while we look up their bus or train tickets. Jai Travels has been in this part of Jharkhand for a good while now. We know the roads and the schedules better than most because we deal with them every single day. Bokaro is a busy industrial town, and people are always coming and going, so we stay pretty active. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just how things are around here, but we always manage to get the bookings done eventually. It is just me and a few others working the phones and the computer. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without making things too complicated. If you are walking around Sector 4, you might see us. We are near the local market area. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. We don't do much advertising because we like keeping it personal. It’s just about honest work and helping folks out with their travel plans when they need it. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit, but our spot stays much the same. It is practical and it works.
