We are located at 315 in the Cooperative area of Bokaro Steel City. It is a busy spot, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is out running errands. This office handles a lot of the communication side of things. People come in with all sorts of problems with their phones or their internet connections. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why someone's data isn't working or why a bill came out higher than they expected. It can get a bit loud in here when the waiting area fills up. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their turn at the counter. It is a simple setup, nothing too fancy. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. We aren't a huge corporate headquarters, just a local branch where you can actually talk to someone face to face. Sometimes the queue gets long and people get a bit impatient, which is understandable. We just try to get through the tickets one by one. Bokaro is a steel town, so people here are practical and they just want their stuff to work. We do our best with what we have and keep the doors open six days a week. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of the city.
