Icici Lombard

We are located in Sector 6 A of Bokaro Steel City in Jharkhand. Our office is at Quarter Number 3511. Being in a steel city means the whole place has a very specific feel to it, very industrial and planned out. Our office isn't in a big skyscraper; it’s just a standard quarter that we’ve turned into a workspace for Icici Lombard. It’s a bit small when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage to fit. The walls are a bit plain, and we have the usual office furniture like desks and a few cupboards for the files. We spend a lot of our time dealing with insurance claims and paperwork for the local residents and workers from the plant. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. The neighborhood is quiet during the day when everyone is at the factory, but it gets livelier in the evenings. We usually keep the windows open to let some air in, though it can get a bit noisy with the local traffic. We don’t have any fancy signs or advertisements outside. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We are just a small team of regular people trying to help out with the local insurance needs. It’s a very straightforward operation without any big corporate frills. We like it this way because it keeps things honest and manageable for everyone involved. We just take each claim as it comes.
