We are up on the first floor of VR Plaza, Shop Number 9. It’s right on Link Road in Bilaspur, directly across from the Motilal Petrol Pump. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the petrol pump is, so it’s easy to give directions. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where we handle all our business and paperwork. We have a lot of files and some samples of the stuff we deal with. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here making calls or writing up invoices. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but once you’re inside, it’s a quiet place to get work done. We see a lot of traffic passing by on Link Road through the window. We started out small and we’re still basically a small operation. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to the people who walk in. Most of our days are spent checking on deliveries or talking to suppliers. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the convenience of being in the Bilaspur H O area. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about what we have in stock. We don’t use any scripts when we talk to people, we just tell them how it is and what we can do. It keeps life simple and the work moving along without much fuss.
