Ankush Building Material Supplier

We are based at Room No-195 in Baniya Colony, right on the Marwahi Main Road. Our spot is quite close to the Vidhya Sagar Chowk, which is a busy little area where everyone seems to meet up. Ankush Building Material Supplier is a small operation, mostly run from this room and the yard we have attached to it. We deal with bricks and various other things people need when they are fixing up their homes or building something new in the colony. The main road is always noisy, and there is a lot of dust that comes in from the traffic passing through the chowk. We spend our time answering the phone and writing down orders on whatever scrap of paper we can find. It is not a very formal place. You will usually find us sitting outside when the weather is decent, just waiting for the next truck to arrive. Baniya Colony is a tight-knit place, so we know most of our customers by name. We don't do anything special, just keep a stock of building materials and try to help people out when they come by. The work is physical and sometimes the days feel very long, especially during the summer heat in Marwahi. We just keep the gate open and handle whatever comes our way. It is a simple, local way of doing things, and it works for us and the neighbors.
