Ntpc Ltd

The office is at Hno 56, which most people know as Anand Niwas. It’s located in Haripur Colony over in Sunder Nagar. Since we're in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, the weather is usually decent, though the winters get a bit chilly in this part of the state. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main highway noise, which makes it easier to focus on the daily tasks we have for Ntpc Ltd. We’ve been operating out of this house for some time. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which we actually prefer. There’s a small garden area out front that someone comes to trim every now and then. Inside, the rooms have been converted to fit our desks and filing cabinets. We use the Pin 174401 address for all our mail, and the postman knows us pretty well by now. If you’re coming from the main town, you just head towards Haripur Colony and look for the sign near the gate. We spend most of our time here coordinating things and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a practical setup. Sometimes we have tea on the porch when the sun is out. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby, just a regular place where we get our work done every day without much fuss. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the files coming in, it gets a bit cluttered sometimes. We keep at it, though.
