Balaji Railroad Systems Limited has a spot here in Bilaspur, right near the Torwa Bridge. We are at Sai Dham, A 10, just behind J J Hospital. It’s easy to find if you know where the hospital is. Being close to the bridge means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for the railway work we do. In this part of town, things move at a decent pace. We spend most of our time looking at plans and making sure things are on track. It’s practical work, really. No one wears suits here unless there’s a big meeting. Usually, it’s just us and the local sounds of Bilaspur coming through the windows. The hospital being right behind us makes it a landmark for anyone trying to find us the first time. We’ve been here at Sai Dham for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the layout. It works for what we need. Sometimes we are out on site, and other times we are just sitting here at our desks. It’s a mix of both. We don't do any flashy advertising or anything. People just find us or they already know who we are through word of mouth. It’s a quiet enough place to get things sorted for the railroad systems. We like the location and the people around here. It feels like home after a while, and we just keep the work moving along every day.
