Bajaj Capital

Our office for Bajaj Capital is located in New Sarkanda, Bilaspur, right on the main road. We are situated in the S O Bchandra building, which is directly opposite the main SBI branch. Being across from a major bank means there is always movement outside, with people coming and going throughout the day. The main road can get quite dusty, especially during the dry season, so we find ourselves cleaning the windows and desks more often than we would like. Bilaspur is a place where life moves at its own pace, and our office is no different. We have a few rooms where we manage our paperwork and meet with whoever drops by. The setup is basic, with standard office furniture and a few shelves for our binders. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out some of the traffic noise from the street. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we get our morning and afternoon snacks. Most of our time is spent dealing with local clients and handling the administrative side of things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive chairs. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk or finish things by hand until it comes back on. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We like being in New Sarkanda because it’s easy for people to find.
